Normally the Sysmac studio temp folder doesn't need to be cleaned.
If for some reason the folder gets too big you can delete the content.
The default location of this folder is: C:\OMRON\Data\Temp
1) make sure no Omron application is running on your computer (also not as a task on the background)
2) Delete the folders in this folder
3) Deleting the profile files inside the folder might cause Sysmac Studio to startup with different settings
