On the spanish install of CX-Server LITE/OPC the communication controls don't display their help file correctly and Excel and VB report that they can't find the file.
By selecting the file manually once, it will then always find the file itself. The default location for these help files is:

(Obviously this may be different on your machine due to the language version of the operating system)
