Why Do I Have A Problem Communicating With NS After Upgrading From CX-One 1.0 To Cx-One 1.1?

There is an identified problem with upgrading CX One V1.0 to V1.1 when using Version up CD.
After updating, when selecting Serial port in CX Designer for communications, you get an error message like : Failed to process CX Server (04) , (060D)
Failed to process CX Server (05) , (0011)
1) Put the update CD in your CD player.
Run setup.exe of \CX-Server\Drivers\CS1\ of the CD.
Uninstallation of CS1 driver is executed.
After finishing it, run setup.exe of \CX-Server\Drivers\CS1\ of the CD again.
Installation of CS1 driver is executed.
After finishing 5), you should be able to access NS-V1 with CX-Designer.
