On some installations, OMRON software will give the following error message on startup:
This is due to the operating system missing some support files from Microsoft.
By installing the Microsoft MSXML services as seen on URL below, support is added:
Security Update for Microsoft XML Core Services 4.0 Service Pack 3 (KB2758694)
The error condition should then be resolved.
