Is There An ON/OFF Repeat Timer That Lets You Set The ON Time And OFF Time Seperately?

Use a Twin Timer, such as the H3CR-F, H5CX, or H3DE-F. The H5CX Digital Timer, in particular, lets you set the ON and OFF times without any setting error.
