There are the following restrictions.
- Hand soldering: Use a 30-W soldering iron and complete soldering within 5 seconds.
- Automatic soldering: Use dip soldering at 240°C and solder within 3 seconds.
- Wait for one minute after soldering before exerting any external force on the solder.
