Yes, CX-Programmer (from ver 4) is able to handle up to 16 different comments for all variables, including I/O.
If you click on "Edit Header", you are able to change the column names as desired (e.g. English, Swedish, Finnish etc)
They can for instance be used for multilanguage support, or if you would like to have different comments for maintenance people, programmers, operators etc.
Select IO Comment from the Edit menu. Tickthe "Show multiple comments"-check box to be able to add up to 16 comments to each address
Use the Switch button to select which column (language) you want to display in the program.
