Failed to install MSVCRT.DLL:
Access Denied
This file is locked by the system so must be configured to install on the next reboot. However, the current user priviledges prevent access to the system registry to do this. This problem has only been seen on Windows NT
To correct this problem and allow full installation, you must log on to your computer with administrator rights. Either log onto your network as the network Administrator, or log on to your local domain as Administrator (or user with local administrator privileges). See your Systems Administrator for further details.
