How to retreive the Controller event log from a Sysmac Controller

1. Get online with the PLC.
2. Click on the Troubleshooter icon.
3. Troubleshooter opens.
4. Go to Controller Event Log.
5. Save the Controller Event log.

You can save the log as a .csv (comma separated values) or as an XML file

XML FORMAT IS THE PREFERRED ONE.

Controller event log provides additional information apart from the event codes.
