Introduction
This tutorial is intended as a supplement to the original manuals. Use this to familiarise yourself with the products, not as a complete installation guide. Information sources: YEG-toe-S616-551-OY F7 User's Manual YEG-toe-S616-561-OY E7 User's Manual
Product Information F7 and E7 are inverter drives, with E7 being a simplified version of F7. E7 drives are suited for fan and pump controls, while F7 handles more demanding applications.
Inverter Assembly Mechanical Minimum assembly clearances: 120mm above/below, 30mm sides.
Electrical
  • Set tension band properly (≥75kW models)
  • Install brake resistance for high-load braking
  • Use Remote Emergency Stop circuit meeting current criteria
  • External web filters required (available separately). Minimize distance between filter output and inverter input. Note cumulative ground leakage current risks.
  • Motor cables require 90° merging for EMC. Use ferrite rings (3 leads, 2 loops) and EMC nipple grounding. Avoid routing earth leads through ferrite rings.
Control SignalF7/E7 share power/control connections (E7 has fewer control signals):
  • 7 digital 24VDC inputs (5 configurable via H1-01-05)
  • 4 digital relays (3 for PV). MA/MB/MC indicates errors/alarms
  • Analog reference: 0-10V (A1-AC) or 4-20mA (A2-AC). Potentiometer: V+ → A1 → VC
  • Pulse control available on F7 (RP-AC, H6-01)
